Professional Consultation Required: Always consult with licensed roofing contractors or structural engineers for final decisions regarding roof repair, replacement, or safety concerns.

We may connect you with contractors from our partner networks (Roofers Directory US and Contractors Booklist). Important terms regarding contractor referrals:

• Contractor referrals are provided as a convenience service
• We do not employ contractors or control their work quality
• You are not obligated to hire any referred contractor
• All contractor agreements are directly between you and the contractor
• We recommend getting multiple quotes and verifying licenses/insurance
• We may receive compensation from partner networks for referrals

While we vet contractors in our network, we cannot guarantee their work quality, pricing, or performance. You are responsible for due diligence when hiring any contractor.

Service Provided "AS IS": QuickRoofAssess is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickRoofAssess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 or the amount paid for services, whichever is greater.

All content, features, and functionality of QuickRoofAssess, including but not limited to assessment algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by QuickRoofAssess and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
